Neil Arora is the Founder and CEO of DeltaBlaze. He previously founded Aurora Software in 1998, which provided comprehensive trading and risk management platforms for mortgages, swaps, options, and bonds. Neil is also the Founder and President of BondXN, a financial technology company established in 2018 to enhance efficiency in securitized products trading.

He stands out for his ability to integrate business knowledge into technical environments, where it’s often missing. John is a native New Jerseyan, and a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

Sami Boustany is a securitized products specialist with deep trading experience across mortgage-backed securities and securitized markets. At DeltaBlaze, Sami works closely with institutional clients to support adoption of FinBlaze and translate complex trading workflows into actionable technology solutions. Sami holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and brings a strong understanding of market structure, data, and execution to help sales and trading teams operate more efficiently.
