Neil Arora has spent more than twenty years in various management and entrepreneurial positions on Wall Street, focused on fixed-income trading solutions.
In 1998, Neil founded Aurora Software, which offered a comprehensive fixed-income trading and risk management platform for trading mortgages, swaps, options and bonds. The Aurora systems were deployed at some of the largest Wall Street firms and were supported by development centers in the US and India.
Chaim Mintz has been designing and writing low-latency trading platforms for Wall Street firms since 1998.
Chaim joined Neil at Aurora Software in 1998 and by 2002 was the Chief Architect of WinFITS, Aurora’s premier product for fixed income trading. Chaim specialized in low-latency integration of market data and execution protocols as well as pricing and risk management solutions.
In 2009 Chaim joined SAC Capital as Associate Director of Ultra-High Frequency technology. He led the development of a brand new next-generation low-latency UHF trading platform that was used by all UHF and algorithmic traders.
